TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Brentford has re-signed free agent Saman Ghoddos on a one-year deal until the end of the season, the club confirmed.
The 29-year-old midfielder was initially released by the Bees at the end of last season despite the club retaining an option to extend his stay by an additional 12 months.
Ghoddos spent the summer training back in Sweden, but Brentford’s injury problems in midfield have forced them to reconsider their stance on his future.
Ghoddos has played 88 games for the Bees and scored five goals.
