Twenty Iranian Knowledge-Based Firms Take Part at Iran’s Aviation Industry Expo

TEHRAN (ANA)- Twenty knowledge-based companies displayed their technological products and capabilities in the aviation industry at a recent airshow in Alborze Province next to the capital Tehran.

The first edition of Payam aviation industry exhibition opened in Alborz province on March 7 and ran through to March 9. The Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Issa Zarepour attended the inauguration ceremony of the airshow.

Being held with the support of the Iran National Innovation Fund-INIF, the Payam airshow was divided in three sections, fairground, parts and airshow.

As many as 20 knowledge-based companies and one organization showcased their products and capabilities in the Payam aviation industry exhibition. Some of the technological products include: 10-30 Liter tank agriculture spray drone; selective laser sintering (SLS) 3D printer; drone for spraying pesticides; Ofogh multi-purpose drone; ASCO 300-FP 30L drone; 1440-PR polysulfide sealants; crash-survivable memory unit. (CSMU); high speed telecommunication processor – GPS and secure navigation system – aircraft fuel measurement; passenger jet aircraft; horizontal balance device in different capacities, smart cargo-carrying robot – 500TBOT; Instrument landing system to guide aircraft to runway; flight simulator; different parts of mechanical seal; different types of electromechanical actuators; accelerometer; different types of dynamometers and measuring systems; finder director automatic; Kowsar and Hodhod satellites; airport runway flight levels(aircraft's altitude) control system.
