In a ceremony in which the Iranian Vice President of Iran in the field of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani Firouz Abadi was present, a contract was concluded between Saipa Azin Design and Manufacturing of Automotive Interior Parts Company as the customer and one of the knowledge-based companies in Iran as the seller on the purchase of seat heaters for cars. The attendees addressed the meeting and touched upon different issues and stressed the necessity of the linking universities and the academic centers on the one side, and different industries including auto industry on the other side.

In his speech, Mohammad Ali Teymouri, the CEO of Saipa Automobile Group emphasized the special support of his industrial complex for knowledge-based companies in the field of automobiles, and added that, “All the top countries in the world have gained good shares in the market through contribution of knowledge based companies.”

“One of the weaknesses of large knowledge-based companies is the lack of production infrastructure…. At Saipa, we support such companies,” Teympuri said.

“In 2022, none of the car parts manufacturers were unprofitable, and this is for that support that helps knowledge-based companies stand together as the scientific arm of part makers,” the Saipa CEO continued.
